I sent an email last March 16 to this address but no replies despite the fact that i was told by their representative from live chat and hotline to email my concern to this address, seriously, how does your customer support work? They are all dead ends

I sent another email yesterday call concerning my care+ where i clearly bought 24 months and paid additional during my pre order of Fold4 and it's clearly indicated on my email receipt but when i checked the Members app it says it will expire on September 2023 when i received my order September 2022.

Is there anyway you could help me about my 24 months Samsung Care+ ?

Can i send or attach the email i received from Samsung to prove that i availed the 24 months SC+ in my pre-order?
