Hi! Would like to know if those who bought Flip 4 from the Philippines also have the benefit of being able to replace their factory screen protectors for free once like in other countries? Thanks.

Yes, you can visit any Samsung Service Center and request for a free screen protector replacement for Z Flip4

Yes as long as it's still within warranty, the first replacement should be free.

not with mine. They sent me to a service center all the way to Tacloban, which is 2 hours away from where I am. The one in my location are all saying, they tried but were not successful, so they do not want to replace the screen protector. and mine is only 1 year and 3 months old.
