I tried the fingerprint on S23+ but still not working even I changed the tempered glass while the fingerprint sensor on A73 is fine. What's the difference? 🤔

S23+ uses "ULTRASONIC" under display fingerprint scanning while A73 uses "OPTICAL" display fingerprint scanning.
I you want to know more the meaning and features of this two methods just search it on Google.

Hi PUFFY_AmiYumi. I understand you're having issues with your fingerprint scanner. Have you tried turning on Touch Sensitivity in your Galaxy S23+'s settings? You can also try pressing harder, and let us know how it goes.

Ultrasonic Fingerprint scanner on S23+ is more sensitive than the A73's Optical scanner. You need a special kind of tempered glass that is compatible with the ultrasonic scanner.
