Forgot your lockscreen code? Checkout this forum

Have you ever struggle remembering your lock screen code? And the only thing might help you to use your phone is to Wipe it out? However you gonna lose all the memories and details on your phone. And there's no way to recover it.

I might help you with that!

Samsung Galaxy Devices has developed a feature that can unlock your phone using other browser in different device. It also can help you locate your phone when you lost it. It can retrieve your calls and messages also you can erase all the data without navigating your phone. How cool is that right? It makes you feel secured that all your data are safe.

This feature called Find My Mobile. All you need is to activate it on your phone. So here's how

Go to your Settings

Tap the Security and Privacy

Then you will find the Find My Mobile

If you see a ❗️ it means its not activated.

To activate this feature you need to sign in first your Samsung Account (you can sign in with your google)

And turn on all the settings that you can find in Find My Mobile tab. That's it you can now locate, unlock, retrieve, erase the data that you have using other devices.

To do this go to this website

www.smartthingsfind.samsung.com

Then login your Samsung account and you will see your device that linked in you Samsung acct. You can see options like ring your phone, locate your phone, unlock your phone, & etc.

ℹ️ Security and Privacy tab is a settings that secures your privacy data in your device. So when you ❗️ it means its not secured. All you have to do is to tap that and follow the instruction to make it ✅️

We also recommend using biometrics such as your fingerprint or face to unlock your lockscreen for ease of use 😄
