They only downside of being a samsung user is you have to wait forever for the new update. Unlike IOS when ther new OS is launch it will available to all supported devices on the same date. Dont get me wrong i love may samsung devices .

There is no perfect OS that is why we receive monthly patch to fix the bugses Customer services dont t even care about their customers. As mrwhosetheboss mention in his video samsung realy dont give *** o their customer.

You do understand the the android platform has the biggest coverage in terms of number of devices supported right? While the competitor you're mentioning has a dedicated team for fewer models only. All other android skins have to wait for Google's update before they can work on it from their end.
