I didn't like the fact that the battery is no longer being replaced along with the LCD anymore where in fact, it was usually being done all the time previously whenever we have our LCD's replaced. This is the only freeby we get from your service in exchange for the very expensive cost of parts you are asking us to pay. I could accept an LCD repair excluding battery if the damge is human error, but if not, then why not replace it?
