      <title>Refresh Rate bug.</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;Even the simplest of bugs Samsung stil hasn't fixed until now. I set my display refresh rate to 60, but when I went to home screen. Everything became smooth. And I went to developer options and turned on show refresh rate and saw that my A52's refresh rate constantly swtiches from 60 to 90hz back and forth by itself Why? Samsung should've fixed this already. Do you guys also have the same problem?
