Partially not working touch screen

A part of the touch screen, as shown in the screen won't touch

Touch screen diagnostics from Samsung Members

The display looks fine because there's no cosmetic damage, just a couple unnoticeable scratches and there's no cracks, dead pixels, burn-in, and stuck pixels

It's a Samsung A72 4G, second hand but the screen has been working for a month until that happened

I can't drag stuff over that dead line and I can't touch on that dead line which is the part of the screen I can't touch

There's clearly damage on your screen - which would normally warrant a screen replacement. Would you like help booking an appointment at a Service Center near you? :)

No thanks, but is it really the whole screen or just the main flex cable though?
