Samsung Galaxy A11 - Verification Code Not Sending

So Ive factory reset my phone cause I'm out of storage but when I open it, there are so many errors. The verification code when I'm signing in for google account is not appearing. What I mean about the verification is the one that says, " To verify that it's you, press yes, and click number (e.g 12)". It is not appearing. Same goes with Fb when I'm logging in, It says, "We've sent you a notification on Samsung Galaxy A11 and click yes to verify that it's you". But it's also not appearing. Help guys plss

thats actually facebook security, use the whatsapp verification

I dont have a whatsapp acc, and the number that Ive used to it is already lost :(

Yeah but that number is already lost :(
The problem lying here is that the verification codes are not appearing. Do you know any way to fully reset a phone. Like not just factory reset but also the reset the updates, because this did not happen few years back, but when I updated my phone and then reset it, my phone cannot receive, "We've sent a notification to you Samung Galaxy A11, please click yes". Its like this phone became a different model and the the authentication codes could not recognize this phone. :(

best bring your device to samsung service center so they can do a full reset, mpving forward best practice before reseting google and samsung account log out first

Ohh thats easy cause I havent logged them in because the 2 step verification codes are not sending HAHAAH. But thank you and I appreciate the feedback hehe ;)
