I'm planning to buy a tab s8. In order to get a discount, i am trying to register my acc as a student but everytime i try to get an access code it says "error" so i can't proceed with my registration. I can't buy in a store because they don't have stocks for tab s8 so i'm planning ti buy it online. Is it a problem of the samsung site? Thank you

Actually, there two-ways to register as follows:

1) Have an official school e-mail address. If your school is pre-registered, you can get exclusive offers and deals from the Samsung Educational Store.

2) Enrolled but don't have a .edu email address? - Register your e-mail address and provide proof of enrollment to access Samsung Educational Offers using your personal account.

Will registering my student email give me a discount when i buy a tablet? I tried adding one to cart but there's no discount indicated but I will only earn something

Same thing happens to me. But if you input an image in the under 18 parent consent, it usually pushes thru

Try to double check also if you are using a graduate school email account. They do not accept such

Hi, I have the same problem right now. I want to buy a Samsung galaxy tab s10 fe on the samsung shop app because I read that they give a discount. I already passed my application but it's already 4 days ago and never heard of any updates from Samsung. Can someone help me? It will be a huge help if I can get the discount 🙏
