Z Flip 4 5G suddenly stops working

So I noticed that my phone is stuck to 4G and not going to to 5G. Not even 4G+. My settings is set to 5G. Also I am in the same place that 5G usually works. Any ideas?

I don't think it is a provider problem. Because i tried the sim card in other phone and it worked
