      <description>Philippines? Don't expect. Bureaucracy and corruption don't just exist in the government. It's also rampant everywhere, and that includes the service centres like Samsung. It's like making the 3 wise monkeys against the thousand of complaints. See no complaints, hear no complaints, speak nothing to complaints. Good job, Samsung!
