    <description>Mine also has a green line just now.&lt;BR /&gt;Sometimes it's not visible and sometimes it's very visible.&lt;BR /&gt;My phone will be 2 years old this December.</description>

      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;A green line on my phone screen appeared while Im using it to check on messages. I went to a Samsung Care Center and they told me that it's a hardware issue, screen replacement will solve it but I have to pay almost php 8k??!? 8k for a green line on my screen that just suddenly appeared out of nowhere, how freakin ridiculous!!! From research, I found out that this is a common issue for Samsung phones and no solution or compensation has been provided to customers who experienced it unless if phone is an S series and still in warranty period. My phones current condition when the green line appeared:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- Was just checking messages&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- It's not plugged in/charging: I never use my phone while charging. I always wait for the battery to be full before I use it again&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- No, I did not drop it. If not in use it's just always on my work table&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- I rarely play games too&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- Refresh rate at 60hz&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- Phone is just 2yrs old&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;High price equals high quality and good support, but it seems like this is no longer true for Samsung phones. You used cheap hardware, ask customers to buy it a high price, when it becomes faulty because you used cheap, low quality hardware you ask your customers for more money. Not a very good customer service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;it's because of heat, checking message, scrolling social media, charging your phone with super fast charging and when using phone case, update your phone software, all of these activities could heat the phone, in other words you can't allow heat reach to your phone no matter what&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and 2 years old pretty normal for greenline issue to started appear, so your only option either replace the screen or simply switch brand&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;let's say if i was wrong about heat, then it's samsung's plan all along&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I did the basic troubleshooting, green line is still there and it looks like it's not going away.</description>

      <description>Def. the heat which is crazy cause how else are you supposed to use a smartphone? They advertised their phone as a high functioning phone so they should have built it with better hardware. But yeah I'm def. switching brand.</description>
