    <description>&lt;P&gt;I did a factory reset and still lost stuff after carefully trying to backup and then restore.&amp;nbsp; We should not need to factory update when your software update is the cause of this issue.&amp;nbsp; I'm a software tester and this is a major issue that I would never have signed my name to and letting it out "the door" for release.&amp;nbsp; Very disappointing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>UNABLE TO UPDATE APPS AFTER RECENT SOFTWARE UPDATE</title>

      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi. Is it just me? I'm unable to update all my applications after I installed the new software update. I already did a couple of basic trouble shooting:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;-Restart phone&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;-Use a different wifi connection&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;-Use mobile data&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;-Move to a different location&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;-Use different Play store account&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;-Tried to update all at once&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;-Update apps one at a time&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;-Isolate if it's only specific apps&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;-Clear cache and data of apps that needs to be updated&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;-Tried doing all this for a couple of days&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;-Clear cache for google playstore&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;-Clear data for google playstore&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;-Reset network settings&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;-Reset all settings&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;-Force restart&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I haven't tried uninstalling the apps cause Im worried that if I do, the version might not be longer compatible with my device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip&amp;nbsp;4&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Android 14.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;One UI version 6.1.1&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Aside from probably waiting for a new update, what else can I do?&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Edit:&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I did it. I tried uninstalling one app then reinstall it. It worked. Im not sure if it will work for the other important apps I have. I'm anxious.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Edit 2:&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I tried uninstalling apps and then installing them again just to be sure but I noticed that after successfully installing it, you just have to wait for a few minutes or within the day it will ask you to update the apps in play store and then we're back again at not it being able to update. I double checked if there is really update for those specific apps but there's none.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>I'm now thinking this is a software related issue. Since I've already made a couple of TS for isolation. Hopefully, they will release a new update to this issue. I'm regretting updating the software.</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;First, open the app and tap '&lt;STRONG&gt;Support&lt;/STRONG&gt;' and then '&lt;STRONG&gt;Phone diagnostics.&lt;/STRONG&gt;' From there, you can select various tests, to check for any underlying issues.       <description>I already did an update after that issue, but it's still the same. If you have done all the TS above, I would suggest trying to check if you have a work or a different profile on your device and try to remove it first. If it doesn't, well the support says to restore from factory settings. Which *** specially if you don't have cloud storage or anywhere to backup your data.</description>

      <description>I already did the diagnostic before. Same issue. The nearest store that you guys have for me is around 3 hours away from where I'm at. I'm pretty sure this is a software issue since it only happened after the update. My phone does not have any physical damage per se, so bringing it to a technician who will just refer me to the support articles would be no go. I'd just wait for the next update. Thanks</description>
