Battery going down while charging when playing games (Roblox)

Hello is it normal for the battery to go down while charging when playing games? I been charging for like 20 minutes and I noticed my battery dropped from 32% to 25% while I was charging and playing games, however when like normal phone activities such as typing or expect gaming, the battery does go up slowly,..? Is this okay?

Ive been using my phone like that situation for a while now, its normal that your using your phone while charging and still reduces to lower percentage. Some apps have a high battery drain including in your application/games. Its better that you charge you're phone for a while and wait for it to full again, because it will affect battery life and it will lower its battery lifespan, its best to avoid playing while charging to make you're battery life much longer. In summary, Yes its normal that you're app or games drain while charging because you uses it and yes some apps might go charge slowly while texting and playing some games, it depends whether that app doesnt do much drain in battery thats why it charges slowly.
