It won't affect game performance. Putting the virtual RAM down will save your storage space.

It will definitely depends on ROM of the unit I guess the max for me is 4 gb but I won't use that much so it's better to set at the minimum...

Me too. I hope Samsung adds a "Disable", "0 GB", or "Off" option in the RAM Plus screen. Or Samsung would add a switch to turn on/off RAM Plus.
