Yeah, Remember this?

It has been solved, My sim card customer service called me and said try using another globe sim card on my device but the issue didn't occur. On mine I tried it to like the another globe sim card and they didn't occur. Here's the picture of the sim card.

What do you see in the images?

The Samsung A32 4G sim card looks pretty difference from the Huawei Y5P.. Should I go to the globe customer service center to repair the metal of the sim card of Samsung A32 (my device)

Yes. You need to have it repaired. Does it work on the Huawei Y5P? My SIM card (which is also from a Huawei phone, a Huawei Y7 2019) works on my Galaxy A12.

I'm really glad you've talked to your mobile service provider about this! To compare the two SIM cards you've uploaded here, it seems like your SIM card from your Samsung phone has visibly more scratches than your SIM card from your Huawei phone. You might really need to consider replacing your Samsung phone's SIM card with a new one. But don't worry! You can still keep your current number. Just coordinate with your nearest service center of your mobile service provider regarding this issue.

Yeah I even tried my Samsung a32 sim card on the Huawei Y5P and it works, I just don't know where is the globe service center located

What province are you in? The Globe service center is at a mall like SM.
