No one showed on the screen who the messenger called.

Guys ask lang if paano ba maayos yung sa messenger pag may tumatawag wala kasing nalabas sa screen ko if sino yung tumatawag need pa iclick yung messenger bago iaccept yung tumatawag, nireset kona yung mismong settings pero ganon parin. Ganon din sya sa previous phone ko na samsung din walang nalabas sa screen. Pero nag try ako sa phone ng brother ko na huawei ayos naman may nalabas sa screen. Sa phone ko lang talaga ganon hehe sana may sumagot if paano maayos to. Thank youu!

Naka turn on ba yung Light sa settings ng messenger?

Try mo, punta ka Settings > Apps > Messenger > Battery > Unrestricted.

Try mo dn, open mo Device Care > Battery > Background Usage Limits > Never Sleeping apps > lagay mo Messenger

Go to settings then find app and go to messenger then go to Battery and switch to Unrestricted

Hello, is this post still active? Triny ko yung isa na nag comment here na possible fix, pero hindi siya na fix saakin. Are there other ways to fix this?

Yes po, naka unrestricted na po saakin pero black screen parin siya kapag may tumatawag sa messenger, need pa pumunta nang notification panel para makita kung sino

Try mo po uninstall yung messenger then restart your phone then install ulit messenger ginawa ko kasi yan tas naging okay na
