    <description>Try this;&lt;BR /&gt;Power off your phone&lt;BR /&gt;Hold the volume down and the power button at the same time until you see the samsung logo&lt;BR /&gt;You are now in recovery mode&lt;BR /&gt;Select wipe cache partition&lt;BR /&gt;Select repair apps&lt;BR /&gt;It will reboot to repair apps&lt;BR /&gt;Hope that your issue will be fixed.</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Install the latest Software Updates.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1) Install the latest Software Updates:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Update &amp;gt; Download &amp;gt; Install&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Follow on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Set up and use the fingerprint sensor on your Galaxy phone.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1) Navigate to &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;, tap &lt;STRONG&gt;Biometrics and security&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and then tap &lt;STRONG&gt;Fingerprints.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2) Enter your lock screen credentials. If you do not have a screen lock set up, you may be prompted to create one at this point. When you're ready, read the information, and then tap &lt;STRONG&gt;Continue.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3) Use the on-screen prompts to register your fingerprint. When registering your fingerprint, make sure to fully cover the fingerprint sensor with your finger to prevent strong light from entering the fingerprint sensor. When you're finished, tap &lt;STRONG&gt;Done.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;DIV class="ewa-rteLine"&gt;4) Next, make sure that the &lt;STRONG&gt;switch&lt;/STRONG&gt; next to Fingerprint unlock is turned on.&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV class="ewa-rteLine"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV class="ewa-rteLine"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Note&lt;/STRONG&gt;: If the fingerprint sensor on your device is located on the Side key or below the Side key, you can disable the "Fingerprint always on" option to prevent accidental unlocks.&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV class="ewa-rteLine"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV class="ewa-rteLine"&gt;5) To unlock your phone using your finger, tap the screen or press the &lt;STRONG&gt;Power&lt;/STRONG&gt; key or &lt;STRONG&gt;Side&lt;/STRONG&gt; key. Then, place the registered finger on the fingerprint scanner, wherever it's located. The phone will automatically unlock if it recognizes your fingerprint.&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV class="ewa-rteLine"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV class="ewa-rteLine"&gt;Keep in mind that when your phone has restarted or if your phone has not been used for more than 24 hours, you’ll need to use your PIN, password, or pattern instead of your fingerprint.&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV class="ewa-rteLine"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV class="ewa-rteLine"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Note: Some phones may come with a pre-installed plastic screen protector designed to work with the in-screen sensor. Installing another screen protector may affect fingerprint recognition.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;

      <description>First of all, volume UP, not volume down. Secondly, in One UI 3 (Android 11) and later, you need to plug into PC to boot into Recovery mode.</description>
