&lt;P&gt;Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your encountered problem with the messenger apps not optimized in your Samsung Galaxy A32 device after an update.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And with that, I hope that the replies of our dear Samsung Members helped you out.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not, please allow me to add quick fixes on how to optimize Messenger apps on your Samsung Galaxy device as follows:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Uninstall and Re-Install the Messenger App.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1) Settings &amp;gt; Apps / App Manager.&lt;BR /&gt;2) Look for the "Messenger" app from the list of apps and tap on it.&lt;BR /&gt;3) Finally, tap on "Uninstall" to remove it from your device.&lt;BR /&gt;4) Once, uninstalled. Restart your device and then install the messenger app again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Check for the latest software updates.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Go to Settings &amp;gt; About Phone &amp;gt; Software Updates &amp;gt; Download, if available &amp;gt; Install &amp;gt; Follow On-Screen messages.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the problem persists, Samsung online support channels are available to further assist you through the below links.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>I had never experience such issue. Just keep on checking for any new updates for the app frome time to time if ever the above recommendations wont work.</description>
