Yes. Devices running Android 12 and later, including the A33 5G supports color theme.

Via Settings: Go to Settings > Wallpaper and style > Color palette, then choose a color theme.
Via Home screen: Pinch or tap and hold on any empty space on the Home screen > tap Wallpaper and style > Color palette, then choose a colour theme. There's an option to apply the color theme to app icons.
