How to send a file on messenger

Can anyone help me?

I can't send a file (pdf) to my friend via messenger in samsung s22 but I can do it flawlessly in my iphone.

How to do it natively? I know there's some app out there that lets u do it.

Hello! Right now, the main Messenger app built for Android can't send any files, aside from Photos, Videos, and Sound recordings(made from the app). However, using the Messenger Lite app can give you the option to send files. Another option is to upload your desired files to any cloud-based storage apps like Google Drive, Samsung Cloud, One Drive etc. and send them the shareable link! Hope this helps!
