      <description>Really appreciate it bro but unfortunately i had been dealing with this issue for quite some time now and i don't the reason why. Isang beses ko lang talaga nagamit ang feature na'to when suddenly i tried connecting two BT devices before and a pop up tips appeared recommending dual audio then got to use it and liked it. When i tried to use it again it wont allow me anymore and don't know why.</description>

      <description>Sorry but its not working for me. I tried restarting my device many many times and tweaked the settings as much as i could but with no avail. I also tried reaching out to your chat support but they seem to not know the fix either. So sad</description>

&lt;P&gt;Already solved by one of our dear Samsung member here, jamesrred.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Below is the acceptable resolution.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;A) Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; and Show System Apps by clicking the Filter Drop down &amp;gt; and search for Media and Devices &amp;gt; Battery &amp;gt; Set it to "Unrestricted" &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;B) Then try clicking your Media Output again.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Thank you all guys for the help and assistance to&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Jay-Sparks Media Output inquiry.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
