      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi @Willowk, unfortunately this feature is not available in Samsung Notes for creating notes. If you are reading an existing document that has an internal hyperlink, this can be used when the document is in 'Reading mode'.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
