Enable Floating Notifications on my Samsung Galaxy

Floating Notifications is now available on devices supporting Android OS 11 and above, so keep up-to-date with Conversations and app Notifications without having to scroll through your Notification panel by activating Floating Notifications on your Galaxy phone now.

You can either activate Bubbles - which will allows compatible conversations to be displayed in Bubble view. Alternatively, you can also choose Smart pop-up view - this will allow you to select from a range of apps to appear as a bubble but can also be expanded to Smart pop-up view.

Please Note: This guide is designed for Australian variant Galaxy devices, if you have an international device and require further support click here to get in touch with your Samsung subsidiary.

1. Head into your Settings > Notifications

2. Scroll down the screen to Advanced Settings

3. Tap on Advanced settings

4. Select Floating Notifications

5. Choose between Off, Bubbles or Smart pop-up view

6. If you have chosen Smart pop-up view tap on Included apps to choose which apps will appear under this setting

7. Toggle on the apps you would like to appear under Smart pop-up view

One of my favourite features. Add to that Multistar->multiwindow zoom.
