I think his concern is his conventianal oven is not lining up with the rings, thus can cause uneven heat dispense.

I see. Well that's a hardware misplacement problem and there's nothing we Members can do about it. Contact the reseller or Samsung directly to see your repair/replacement options

How long ago did you purchase this?

Have you taken it back to the store you purchased it from, they should be able to exchange if its still under warranty.
