Hi Kelly99, Could you please let us know the model number of your Samsung device. I suggest you please close the Samsung Members application completely and make sure you have a good internet connection and open the application again and check if the issue got resolved.

Hi rlafrance46, Could you please share the screenshot of the error message. Are you using the Samsung account with the country as Canada.

Same issue happening for me tonight. Worked fine until I logged into my Samsung account and then it blocked them all.
