      <description>I've just tried and I was able to dismount a USB drive on my Tab S6. Can you tell us more about the USB device you're trying to connect?</description>

      <description>Thanks, even the support agent from Samsung, who took over control of the Tablet, could not find it.&lt;BR /&gt;I have always used: Settings/Storage/Advanced and then "unmount"&lt;BR /&gt;This no longer exists..&lt;BR /&gt;I will post a screen shot&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>This is the screen one gets for storage. THE Advance option is no longer there.&lt;BR /&gt;In other to unmount one has to power off.       <description>Do you have the latest update March 15.&lt;BR /&gt;Here is a picture of the Software information.&lt;BR /&gt;Have using an OTG USB for years and never had a problem "unmounting" until this week.       <description>Wow Cassidy, I am in awe. you pointed to the solution where 2 Samsung technicians could not find the solution. As per your advice clicked on the 3 dots in Storage and voilà it steered to the USB unmount option. I guess the latest update changed the path. Thank you.</description>
