Alarm clock is flawless except for the infinite ringing. Possible to have user control setting to limit rings?

Hi gsum, Infinite ringing happens either by setting a continuous ring tone or it depends on your snooze time setting.
We request you to change it to a short ringtone or change your snooze time settings. Here are the steps to change snooze time.
Swipe up from the home screen to access your apps.
Tap Clock.
Tap Alarm.
Tap Snooze.
Tap the switch to turn Snooze on or off.
Set your preferred Interval and Repeat times.
Once you have set your preferred times, tap the back arrow or Save.
Tap Save.

I apologize for my lack of being specific. The infinite ringing is on the Timer function of Clock. The Alarm function is limited to one sounding with Snooze turned off. It's the Timer where my issue resides.
