      <description>I recently purchased The Tab S6 Lite which came with an S pen. After 2 days of use the S pen stopped working completely. How do I fix this problem without buying a new s pen? Please help.</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;To perform a soft reset by hold down the volume down key and power key simultaneously for a few seconds.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Continue holding the buttons down until you see the&amp;nbsp;Samsung Galaxy&amp;nbsp;logo appear.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Facing the same issue. I have my s6 lite for almost one year, but ca. 1 month ago, the s pen suddenly stopped to get recognized. Couple of days ago, it worked again - pretty fine actually, now it stopped over night again without updating, turning off or anything. I changed the tip, I did every kind of resets .. nothing helped.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone a solution? Obviously a lot of users face the same problem&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same here. I've been hoping a solution would come up either by some update or Samsung issuing a fix or something. However, they haven't even bothered to seriously consider this and reply to many people reporting the same issue (not only on this thread).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It certainly looks like it is not being taken seriously because all of the suggested 'solutions' do not even apply to the device (1. this is not a pen with a battery that can recharge. 2. it is impossible to 'activate' since the software is asking to press a button that does not exist on the pen itself).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am hugely disappointed by this as I was enjoying using the pen so much it became my go-to for any note taking and drawing activities.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I made several reports but never heard back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Considering dropping all Samsung products and leaving comments/reviews as this issues has obviously been present far too long to be left ignored.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If anyone at Samsung is reading this, please be a kind human and at least update us on the status of this issue. You must be aware of it by now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
