Hi,

I wanted to ask if anyone knows a good brand for pen tips. I heard the ones on Amazon are not that great.. I have Tab S8, which pen tip should I purchase?

I buy mine from Amazon. 10 for 10$. They do not last as long as the originals but they are as cheap as dirt. Samsung doesn't sell the tips, I think they would prefer you to buy a new one.

How do they feel when writing? Do they scratch the screen?

No, they work fine. They wear quicker because they are softer than the original. If the old nib is worn down too much and you can't get it out just heat up the tip of a bobby pin and push it into the old nib.
