Canada is too small with only 11m users...will never happen as even Samsung Korea know Samsung Canada is a joke

Well the ridiculous thing is that, the US & Canadian hardware is identical.

You can manually Flash the correct US Betas on your Canadian device.

The likely reason why Canada does not get the Betas, is as @Steve01 (Samsung's Canadian Manager) said.. Canada does not have the support, ie: Customer Service, to provide help to anyone who gets into trouble with the Betas.

I'm not saying that makes sense, but that's what we have been told.

If you want to Flash the US Betas, you need to use Patched Odin to Flash the NON US Beta first to essentially turn your Canadian device into a US device, and then Flash the Betas in sequence... There's a little bit more to it than that, but basically that's the route to take.

Thank you for your informative answer! While I do know how to do something like that, I'm not that inclined to screw around with my daily driver. I can wait for the official release since I know this tablet will get it... eventually lol just sad we can't participate.
