Samsung Removed Boot Menu From Samsung Tab S10 Models, Now What?

I need to clear the cache partition. Is there any other way to do it?
Some claim that if I press and hold vol up and power button it will take me to the menu or if I connect it to a computer via USB, neither work.

You are out of luck.. AFAIK your device doesn't use a/b seamless system, where Samsung says that Wiping Cache from Recovery is unnecessary..

Looks like Samsung has applied a change to the Recovery Menu, which is only suited for the S25 and S26 series devices.. I'm not sure if any Samsung Tablets use a/b seamless system or not, but your Tablet doesn't.

I recently updated my S10 FE to Feb 1 update. Today I checked for updates and there was a Feb 5 Android security patch available. Installed it and no more wipe cache partition option in recovery mode.
