      <description>Did you do the emergency software installation using a computer and smart switch?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Upon reading some threads online, it appears that flashing another ROM might solve this.</description>

      <description>Do you have any other option aside from providing a recovery code?&lt;BR /&gt;I think the recover code is used if you want to recover your previous phone settings.&lt;BR /&gt;Perhaps you don't need it if you i just trying to have a fresh start on the device.</description>
