    <description>Welcome to samsung green line club...Premier club only selected people are forcefully invited... Sadly u cant do anything but to pay for new screen... My fold 2 got invited too and just came out of samsung service center asking to pay for replacement screen... Warranty end 2mths ago...same as all others invited ppl after update green line appear out of no where no drop phone nothing...       <description>My s20+ got a green vertical&amp;nbsp; line in the centre&amp;nbsp; of the screen. I tried to reset the phone and other means but cannot resolve&amp;nbsp; the problem.&amp;nbsp; What can sumsung&amp;nbsp; do about it ? The phone is only 2 years&amp;nbsp; old and my daughter is using it and she is very upset. She recently updated the phone with sumsung&amp;nbsp; new updated software. Then the line started&amp;nbsp; to appear..pls advice on the matter ...very disappointed with sumsung.&amp;nbsp;</description>

      <description>is it under warranty? if not then there's nothing that can be done.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;was using an s20 plus and smth similar to this happened after I made a software update. Went to Samsung service centre and they told me that my phone was out of warranty and I had to pay $280 as well for the screen replacement. However, they upgraded me to an S20 ultra out of 'goodwill'. I've not made any software updates ever since just in case, and with time the software gets a bit janky and outdated with security issues.&lt;BR /&gt;Really disappointed with how they put the blame on customers and provide no explanation. Will be switching to IPhone 14 when it comes out.</description>
