I was trying to purchase S23 Ultra ffoem Samsung Canada website. I cannot trade-in my S21 Ultra. It is not recognizing my phones IMEI number.

Is your S21 Ultra is a Canadian model? If not, then forget about it.

No its an Indian model.
This cannot be done in the physical store as well?

Others have reported the same issue, I believe that they just selected "generic", and they were then able to proceed.

Your only option is to sell it privately, BUT MAKE SURE that you inform anyone who buys it, that it is NOT a Canadian device & that it IS an Indian device.
