      <description>Ola boa tarde, A S&amp;nbsp;pen&amp;nbsp;pode ter se&amp;nbsp;desconectado&amp;nbsp;do dispositivo. Reconectar é uma solução simples. Reinicie o telefone no modo de segurança... esta é uma maneira mínima de inicializar o telefone sem aplicativos ou outros extras atrapalhando.&lt;BR /&gt;Espero ter ajudado, boa sorte.</description>

      <description>Olá então,no meu celular é só Clicar nesse botão que marquei em verde ,que já vai,aparecer a opção modo de segurança ;&lt;BR /&gt;Mas pode ser que no seu aparelho seja diferente.&lt;BR /&gt;Passo 1. Mantenha pressionado o botão físico de ligar o dispositivo até que apareça o diálogo com a opção “Desligar”.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Passo 2. Toque e mantenha pressionada a opção “Desligar” até que o diálogo “Reiniciar no modo de segurança” seja exibido. Toque em “Ok” para confirmar.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Em seguida, mantenha o&amp;nbsp;botão Desligar&amp;nbsp;até que as informações sobre o&amp;nbsp;Modo de segurança sejam exibidas&amp;nbsp;.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Confirme a reinicialização no&amp;nbsp;modo de segurança&amp;nbsp;tocando no ícone duas vezes.&lt;BR /&gt;Não sei se ajudaria mas talvez no seu aparelho as configurações sejam diferentes.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Vc tbem pode tentar isso.&lt;BR /&gt;. Acesse menu &amp;gt; configurações &amp;gt; aplicativos &amp;gt; 3 pontos no canto superior direito &amp;gt; mostrar aplicativos do sistema &amp;gt; sobre a S Pen &amp;gt; forçar parada &amp;gt; acesse armazenamento &amp;gt; limpar dados.&lt;BR /&gt;Verifique também se não há aplicativos instalados que podem entrar em conflito com o sistema operacional, como um antivírus.&lt;BR /&gt;Persistindo, acesse configurações &amp;gt; gerenciamento geral &amp;gt; restaurar &amp;gt; redefinir configurações &amp;gt; reinicie o aparelho.&lt;BR /&gt;Espero ter ajudado boa sorte!</description>
