Uninstalling and downloading again didn't help. Cache partition didnt either. Hopefully its just a Snapchat compatibility issue and notifications come back after a Snap bug fix update and not until 2 weeks from now on Beta 4 lol.<DIV><BR /></DIV><DIV>P.s DeX is not working ON PURPOSE, it was on the change log, Samsung disabled it temporarily and they will update the app thru the App store.
