Guess there wasn't an explaination about bixby routine update problem on Galaxy 9th generation S and Note in whatever region without south korea. OK let's summarize it in english.
probably, you saw this picture several times. the modrators which has a nickname called "bixby routine team"said there will be a solution to support routine app via good lock android Q in Galaxy S9 and Note9. and the reason why they can't apply a bixby routine on one UI 2.1 update on Galaxy S9 and Note9 is a limitaion in system part's memories during download a 2 major updates.
so, the lefted system memories for a bixby routine ain't enough I guess.
