Samsung gallery SD card won't sync to onedrive?

Samsung cloud told me to upgrade to onedrive to sync, but it can't see sd card footage 

How can I fix this ?

First of all, Thank you for using our service,
and I'm really sorry about inconvenience.

Customer have asked us why SD card sync does not work after integration with OneDrive.

At first, Samsung Cloud's gallery sync feature is not ended yet.
So customer can use Samsung Cloud's gallery sync feature without integration like before.

And originally, SD card sync is not supported in Samsung Cloud,

and it is supported in Microsoft OneDrive.
But after integrating, SD card sync is became to unsupporting feature because of policy of OneDrive.
Now we are discussing to support SD card sync with OneDrive Team,
We will try to send customer to good news about this feature.

Yes I think it would be a good idea to fix this problem...

Additionally if Samsung Cloud drive would come back that might be good too since people are moving from google photos now and looking for more better places to upload 😀
