Hi, i am French, i wanted 128gb Phone so i get 128gb SM-G955N, but because bixby (and Samsung Members) read the CSC of my phone, i can't let Bixby understand i am in France, and i have korean results with Bixby vision, could you enable customer to set the Country in Bixby, i would like use Amazon in English with Bixby vision instead of unknown Korean results,
Firstly, please confirm if you are using USIM for mobile carrier in Korea. If yes, unfortunately, only Korean result is available for Bixby and also you have limited access to Amazon with using Bixby Vision. I'm regret to say that only Korean service is provided as long as you use USIM of mobile carrier in Korea. In other words, Bixby service follows the country setting of USIM. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
But why ? you won't let EUR users get 6gb Ram, so i get 955N, where is the problem ? i paid the phone 1500 dollars with tax, maybe could you help me to set the country for Bixby ? I have more than 10000 dollars of Samsung stuff in my house, i think i am a good customer for Samsung, don't you ?? Please take your time before responding.
