Why samsung remove Bixby Vision function after we screenshot?

Now i need to go to gallery to translate the words i screenshot.

Before this i can translate straight away after the screenshot.

maybe it's because the Bixby vision already got that function just by opening the apps or else no one will open the apps or rate it.
might say it's really useful for real time translate but for the item recognizes it kinda awkward.

i use google translate for real time translation. i think it is easier
