We are sorry for causing the inconvenience. Original policy allows only user's registered voice to implement " wake up" function. However, sometimes another person's voice enables "wake-up" function to be carried out. The first thing you need to do is to update your device to the latest version (Settings > Apps > Bixby Voice), which will increase the accuracy of user's voice recognition.
There are three set-up procedures that you need to follow. 1) Bixby setting > 'Voice wake-up' > 'Delete voice wake-up recordings' > delete the existing recording of voice wake-up and then re-register your voice wake-up again 2) Bixby setting > 'Voice wake-up' > 'Improve voice wake-up accuracy' > additional recording 3) Bixby setting > 'Voice wake-up' > set up 'Wake-up sensitivity' to high level.
