How to completely turn off bibxy.

I am using Samsung S9+ there is a extra button just for bibxy. I want to remove it feature but I can't. Got any tips that I can try? Thanks in advanced.

Not just the voice the whole thing

Type bixby at search on setting area and disable everything related to it. Under side key button, disable double press.
