Do you have any other VPN / Ad Blocking app enabled? You can only use one at a time (some exceptions depending on your settings) 🐧

i am only using Nord vpn nothing else

Did you try Disabling Nord VPN to test your connection? That's what I would do for starters - Did you check the Nord VPN settings - I don't think that it's a Samsung issue at all....
You could also try:

a) Wipe Cache & Data for Nord VPN.

b) Boot into Recovery and Wipe Cache 🐧

only solution until a bixby update is released *cough cough samsung* : clear the cache of every bixby app, through apps in settings. make sure you have "show system apps" enabled
