What reason do you think this?

Change all passwords, factory reset.

I change the passwords already but I really don't understand.
how someone sent text msgs to my contacts

You're not the one one experiencing this. several others have had their phones send texts on its own. https://mashable.com/article/mystery-text-messages-sent-from-phones/

But if you feel compromised , I would suggest changing all passwords immediately and a factory reset

Probably because you downloaded an app that got access to your contacts - If it's from a reputable Developer that won't happen (not likely anyway) BUT some of the "free" Apps ask for permissions that aren't needed & they sell your contact information to 3rd parties.... but I don't think that your phone has necessarily been hacked... 🐧
