So I'm 11 and every time I open my phone it brings me to a website it's weird and today it brought me to a website with a naked woman... I'm 11... GUYS FIX IT SERIOUSLY!!

most likely an app that you downloaded installed some malware on your phone . it doesn't do that without someone going to the webpage first, or you setting the homepage as that or an app installing malware

Agreed with @Habsfan, sounds like you downloaded an app that is causing this to happen. Maybe try deleting any apps you've recently installed and see if that fixes the problem?
