Let me Shoyu: Shoyu Clam Broth Ramen from a Michelin recommended restaurant

Konjiki Ramen (a Michelin recommended restaurant in Japan) opened a new restaurant in Toronto. I had a chance to try their signature Shoyu Clam Broth Ramen during their soft launch and it was a great. Rich flavourful clam soup, the meat was made just right, and the noodles were the perfect consistency.

The downside would be the price. I paid almost $20CAD for only this dish and while it was delicious, it's quite pricy compared to other ramen restaurants in Toronto.

I love Raman Noodles. there is an amazing Raman Noodle bar in Calgary called Jinya and you can always get more noodles or broth if you finish one of them. it's amazing
