Konjiki Ramen (a Michelin recommended restaurant in Japan) opened a new restaurant in Toronto. I had a chance to try their signature Shoyu Clam Broth Ramen during their soft launch and it was a great. Rich flavourful clam soup, the meat was made just right, and the noodles were the perfect consistency.
The downside would be the price. I paid almost $20CAD for only this dish and while it was delicious, it's quite pricy compared to other ramen restaurants in Toronto.
