Poke, this picture is spicy tuna with sea asparagus. I enjoy sushi alot, but after I had some Poke while I was in Honolulu, sushi just seems bland now. Sushi is usually a piece of fish that is dipped into soy sauce, very bland. Poke on the other hand, has variety of spices and flavours, creating a flavour explosion in your mouth. Once you try it, sushi will never be the same.
